Introducing Memberships

Have you noticed lately how the Hybrid is evolving? Creativity and Community have always been our guiding values but lately we've been doing things a little differently. We have decided to offer Eugene something that's we've been told is missing - a warm and welcoming third space that's open often, climate controlled, and welcoming to all, particularly marginalized communities such as queer and neurodivergent folks.

What exactly do we offer? We have board games, a VHS player (and tapes!), art supplies, and friendly faces here ready to hang or body double with you on a regular basis! We host art and writing workshops, gatherings, opportunities to show and sell art, a performance space, a supportive, community-focused weekly open mic, peer support groups, book clubs. We also offer an affordable, accessible rentable gathering space for private parties or fundraising events for your favorite cause.

Most of our offerings are low cost, accessible, and/or sliding scale. What is sliding scale? Sliding scale is a tool used to offer access to goods and services at multiple price points so that financial resourcing is not the deciding factor for access. Wait, why were we here again? We are opening up funding opportunities to Founding Circle Members! What the heck does that mean?! Founding Circle Members will get on site and online recognition, as well as exclusive, early access to show announcements, open calls, art exhibitions, art sales, and presale tickets for events and workshops, and rental fee discounts, and access to occasional members only events - but the most important role of a Founding Circle Member is to help us build a strong foundation so we can offer even more to the community. More membership tiers and funding opportunities are forthcoming, but if you'd like to be a part of shaping our future, you can join us now at the Founding Circle Member tier.

Founding Circle Members

There are two tiers available for the Founding Circle: Patrons and Visionaries.

  • Visionaries will have the opportunity to be part of regularly scheduled strategy meetings and will help shape the future direction of the Hybrid.

  • Patrons will have the opportunity to give in a way that supports our material needs without needing to be involved behind the scenes. This would be perfect if you support our mission but don't have time to be boots on the ground.

We are looking for annual commitments for the Founding Circle but there are yearly, quarterly, and monthly payment options available.
